A community meeting was held on Wednesday, March 20th at City Hall, led by Danville Police Chief, Tony Gray. Several community organizations shared what is being done to serve those experiencing homelessness.

The first special called meeting of the City of Danville Board of Commissioners to discuss the FY 2025 Budget is April 11, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. at City Hall.

The City of Danville is aiming to become part of the Vision Zero Network and has developed at safety action plan with the goal of eliminating traffic fatalities and serious injuries in the City of Danville by 2050.

Republic Services will be providing bulk item pick-up during the week of April 22nd through April 26th. See the following program guidelines. Items MUST be placed on the curb by your normal collection day
